The complimentary Retirement Essentials Concierge Service, made available by Challenger, is now closed.

To access an existing client application, a valid client email and password must have been created by 15 June 2021 by the adviser.​ If you need to access an existing client application, click the ‘Login’ button below and enter previously created adviser and client login details.

​To qualify for the free offer, advisers have until 1 September 2021 to complete and submit existing client applications via Retirement Essentials (including advisers who retain correspondence nominee). This will allow Retirement Essentials to implement the concierge service and submit the application to Centrelink. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions of the offer made available by Challenger.
